She didn't stand firm though. Should've taken them to court.

Re: Eva Carneiro

Great post. Fair play to her for standing up for herself and playing the game. Big organisations like to bully and use their legal might to do so. She got herself a great legal team, stood firm and beat them at a game that big organisations are quite content to play when they are winning.

"And why in the name of Flying Cunt shouldn't she? Or are only men allowed to stand up for their rights and protect their professional reputation without accusations of giving happy finishes to the first team?"

Now, that above is the TRUE rason as to why Curbs walked out.......

Thanks for that Mr Carneiro!

"giving happy finishes to the first team"

Now this is far more interesting, got any photos, or a link?

**She also walked out on the club claiming constructive dismissal, they said she could come back as she had never been sacked,**

You don't seem to understand what constructive dismissal is (forced out, not walked out, by being put in a position where it was impossible for her to fulfil her professional and contractual duties).

**she said only if I get a 40% pay rise (allegedly),**

Important word that! Not like a big company to use its PR to spread lies, is it?

** they offered her 1.2 million to settle her claim, she must have held out for a higher offer.**

And why in the name of Flying Cunt shouldn't she? Or are only men allowed to stand up for their rights and protect their professional reputation without accusations of giving happy finishes to the first team?

Re: Eva Carneiro
The interesting thing about ETs as due to Chelsea and Jose being the respondents, she could have said pretty much any thing about anyone else as backdrop to the case and those individuals would not have had the right of reply in proceedings. It had the potential to cause a press frenzy. I'm amazed their silk didn't advise them of this earlier and settle the fucking case.

I hope whatever she got paid counts towards Chelsea's FFP total...

Re: Eva Carneiro
Chelsea could at least have made the token gesture of complaining to the other clubs & the Premier league.
When Mourinho was sacked they could have publically apologised to her for his behaviour.
From what I saw they approached the tribunal while still defending how she had been treated ( or at least not admitting it was wrong) & continued to attack her with all the stuff about her trying to raise her profile & sitting behind the manager at TV games.

She pushed her case as much as she could but she was in the right.

Chelsea were wrong to start with, they (Jose) handled the situation badly, but as much as I think they are cunts, seems to me they tried to do the right thing after the mangers bad handling of the situation, he then was sacked but she held out for the cash, then we have all the bollocks of sexist chants from supporters including I think ours? Not sure how that was Chelsea’s, fault!

Re: Eva Carneiro
She did her job professionally ( should she have refused to run on when called by the ref while Hazard pretended to be injured?) and was abused and removed from her duties.
Her employer allowed Mourinho to behave in this way
She WAS the victim
If Chelsea wanted to defend the case they could have allowed her to give evidence
That may have been very interesting

Re: Eva Carneiro
Instant Millionaire, if she wasnt already, will look back on the abuse from Jose as what set her up for life, best thing to have happened to her...................

But fuck has she played the victim in all this, talk about grab the opportunity.

**I'm wondering who on earth was legally advising Chelsea.
It was obvious from the tv footage that the Ref had called the Physios onto the pitch. End of argument right there.**

It wasn't just that, but what happened afterwards - as bang on a case of constructive dismissal as you will ever see, and all done pretty much in public. Not only classless and cunty, but as stupid as could possibly be short of printing "Eva is a fucking whore" in the match day programme.

Re: Eva Carneiro
After the episode she asked for a big pay rise didn't get it so walked. Knew she was going to force a lump out of the club even though she was offered another job immediately so there was no loss of income. Maybe she was in the wrong working environment

Sven Roeder 12:05 Wed Jun 8
Re: Eva Carneiro
The Murderous Russian Mute should have stepped in & told Mourinho to pull his head in and apologise at the time.
That said given it contributed to Chelsea's dismal season it was good he didn't.
